Land Acquired for Government Office Accommodation in Block IV, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

In the declaration with the above heading published in New Zealand Gazette of 27 June 1985, No. 122 at page 2714, for the certificate of title reference for Lot 3, D.P. 30863 read "Volume 794, folio 37", which appears in the original declaration signed on behalf of the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM

New Zealand Forest Service—Schedule of Contracts for Sale of Wood of $6,000 or More in Value

In the contract with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 July 1985, No. 132 at page 3071, before the Schedule there should be a heading which reads "Log Sale on Truck (Clearfelling)".

Warrant Appointing Member of the Waikato Valley Authority and His Deputy

Pursuant to sections 4 (2) (a) and section 7 of the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

Appoints Barry John Butcher, District Commissioner of Works, Hamilton, to be a member of the Waikato Valley Authority.
Appoints Athol Kendrick Attwood, District Water and Soil Officer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, to be his deputy.
Revokes his warrant dated 7 July 1976 and published in the Gazette of 6 August 1981, No. 94, at page 2170.

Dated at Wellington this 5th day of August 1985.

Appointing a Non-Elective Member of the Hauraki Catchment Board

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

Pursuant to section 44 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint:

Barry John Butcher, District Commissioner of Works, Hamilton as a non-elective member of the Hauraki Catchment Board for a period of 3 years commencing on the 8th day of August 1985, in place of Athol Kendrick Attwood, an officer of the Ministry of Works and Development.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 5th day of August 1985.

Flight Lieutenant K. I. Pollock, B.Sc., to be Squadron Leader with seniority and effect from 30 June 1985.

Flight Lieutenant P. J. Stockwell to be Squadron Leader with seniority and effect from 22 July 1985.

Flying Officer M. D. Butler to be Flight Lieutenant with seniority and effect from 25 May 1985.

Extension of Commission

The commission of Squadron Leader J. Marcet is extended to 22 September 1995.
