Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Otamatea County Council on the 17th day of April 1985: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Otamatea County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said County in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
