Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Block XI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State highway No. 50, and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of July 1985.

All that piece of land containing 1140 square metres, situated in Block XI, Heretaunga Survey District, being part Lot 6, D.P. 2459; as shown marked 'B' on S.O. Plan 8762, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block I, Waiapu Survey District, Waiapu County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State highway No. 35

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Land Acquired for Road and in Connection with a Road, Subject to Certain Rights, in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, City of Napier

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 2, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 72761, building line condition imposed by K.310649.2 and easement certificate 310649.4, and further declares that the land described in the First Schedule shall vest in the Napier City Council and the land described in the Second Schedule shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of July 1985.
