Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 5th day of June 1985, presented to the said Court by DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on Wednesday, the 17th day of July 1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of The Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and IN THE MATTER of THE AIR NEW ZEALAND EMPLOYEES CHARITABLE TRUST for CRIPPLED AND DISABLED PERSONS

Take notice that on Monday, the 13th day of May 1985 pursuant to Part IV of the above-mentioned Act, the Attorney-General filed in the High Court at Auckland under M. No. 546/85 his approval of a Scheme varying the Trust declared in a Deed dated the 25th day of March 1981 and made between Graham Durston of Auckland, formerly airline employee but now retired, Christopher Smith of Auckland, airline employees, Sandra Regan formerly of Auckland but now of Australia, formerly airline employee and Denese Letitia Henare of Auckland, assistant office solicitor and airline employees, relating to a certain fund held by them on behalf of the Air New Zealand Employees Charitable Trust for Crippled and Disabled Persons upon the ground that it has become impossible or impracticable or inexpedient to carry out the charitable purpose for which funds were collected by public subscription and such of the contributors to the said fund as can be ascertained, have consented to the Scheme and the trustees have indicated that they will carry out the provisions of the Scheme as approved by the Attorney-General. The Scheme provides for the abandonment of the original purpose envisaged for the fund and its application towards the development of a horticultural complex at 14 Erson Avenue, Royal Oak, Auckland to be administered by the Auckland Branch of the N.Z. Crippled Children’s Society Inc.
