EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of memorandum of lease 130562 affecting part of the land in certificate of title 52/226, containing 59 acres 3 roods 12 perches, being Paeroa 2G5 Block and Lot 7 on Deposited Plan 3033 (Hawke's Bay Registry), whereof the Maori trustee are the lessor and William Obard Hingston and Turi Gordon are the lessees having been lodged with me together with an application No. 449836.1 in terms of section 44, Land Transfer Act 1952 to register surrender lease 130562 without production of the said lease 130562.

I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with production of the outstanding duplicate of lease 130562 and register such surrender of lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
