the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the

Naming of a Reserve

Reserve.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the

Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and further,
declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Kakapo
Swamp Wildlife Management Reserve.
