Land in Christchurch City Held for the Christchurch Southern Motorway Declared to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land containing 980 square metres, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 369, D.P. 2. Part of the land in Gazette notice 872528.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Block X, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 22nd day of January 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 January 1985, No. 18, at page 396, acquiring land for road by omitting the following from the Schedule;

“2389 Part Section 105: marked “B” on S.O. Plan 31666.”

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waimairi District Council on the 11th day of July 1985.
