Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block III, Burwood Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for Aerodrome Purposes in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of October 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 October 1984, No. 195, at page 4601, declaring road to be stopped and set apart for aerodrome purposes by omitting the following—

“Declaring Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for Aerodrome Purposes in the City of Wellington”

and substituting the following—

“Declaring Road to be Stopped in the City of Wellington”

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and to be set apart for aerodrome purposes and shall vest in The Wellington City Council”.

Land Acquired for Road and Other Purposes in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Napier City Council and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of S.H. No. 2, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in The Napier City Council, the land described in the Third Schedule is hereby acquired for the purposes of section 21 of the Public Works Act 1981 and shall vest in the Crown, and the land described in the Fourth Schedule is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of July 1985.
