(2) By Order in Council revoke the Order in Council made on 27 May 1985 extending for a period of 2 years the current term of appointment of:

as trustee of Trusteebank Taranaki
And in substitution extend the term of appointment for a period of 2 years in terms of section 14 of the Trustee Banks Act 1983, of John Govenor Boddy as trustee of the Taranaki Savings Bank.

Colin John Fernyhough, barrister of Auckland to be a director of the Development Finance Corporation for a term of 3 years commencing 12 July 1985.
William Michael Brinsley, company director of Dunedin to be a director of the Development Finance Corporation for a term of 3 years commencing 4 August 1985.

Gavin Thomas Fitzgerald, of Wellington, to be a temporary nominated member of the Arbitration Court for the period commencing on the 17th day of June 1985 and ending with the 31st day of March 1987.

Colleen Hicks of Auckland to be a mediator of the Industrial Mediation Service for a term of 3 years commencing on the 29th day of July 1985.
