1986 Census of Population and Dwellings

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 23 of the Statistics Act 1975, I, Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that Tuesday, the 4th day of March 1986, shall be the day on which the Census of Population and Dwellings shall be taken and the time with reference to which the particulars shall relate shall be midnight between Tuesday, the 4th day of March 1986 and Wednesday, the 5th day of March 1986.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of June 1985.

Lake County Council Appointed to Manage and Control
Frankton Cemetery

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Lake County Council to have the control and management of the Frankton Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 1st day of July 1985.

SCHEDULE

Frankton Cemetery

All that piece of land being Cemetery Reserve No. 1, Town of Frankton: Area, 3237 square metres, more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 18th day of June 1985.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to
Catlins State Forest Park—Southland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63B(1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

Otago Land District—Clutha County

1330.3110 hectares, more or less, being Section 10, Block VII and Sections 10 and 17, Block XI, Warepa Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1658; as shown on plan G46/9, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington (S.O. Plans 2012, 13682 and 19859.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1985.

Pursuant to section 63B(1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.
