EXPLANATORY NOTE: This exemption notice provides for exemption of:

(c) Certain battery chargers;
(d) Other electrical appliances, e.g. floor polishers, etc;
(e) Other electrical goods, e.g. radio navigational aid apparatus, etc;
(f) Portable tape-recorders for use only with headsets;
(g) Blank mini- and micro-cassettes for use in dictating machines;
(h) Widens the exemption for road graders; and
(i) Amends other exemptions to maintain alignment with the Customs Tariff.
