EXPLANATORY NOTE: This notice provides for the exemption of:
(a) (i) Second-hand conventional vessels between 10 and 18 metres;
(ii) Second-hand conventional vessels in excess of 50 metres;
(iii) Second-hand barges and dredgers in excess of 70 metres
(iv) Floating structures;
(b) (i) Unassembled chassis for certain motor vehicles;
(ii) Various brake and clutch parts; and
(c) Amendments to existing exemptions to maintain alignment with the Customs Tariff.
