NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER OF THE HIGH COURT OF NEW ZEALAND CONFIRMING PAYMENTS FROM SHARE PREMIUM RESERVE
The High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on the 6th day of June 1985 (under M. No.253/85) made orders confirming payments from the share premium reserve of Independent Newspapers Ltd. In terms of the said orders a copy thereof was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington in respect of Independent Newspapers Ltd. on the 7th day of June 1985.
