Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land—Auckland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, the Land Officer, New Zealand Forest Service, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Forests hereby sets apart as State forest land with effect from the date of publication hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve

over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a utility reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Rangiora Borough Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
