PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for post office purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of June 1985.

Land Acquired, Subject to a Mining Easement, for Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining easement created by transfer 94066, South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of June 1985.

Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Hospitals Act 1957 in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described firstly and secondly in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Hospitals Act 1957 and shall vest in The Otago Hospital Board on the 27th day of June 1985 and declares the land thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule subject to Proclamation No. 512955 defining the middle line of a portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and declares the land fifthly described in the said Schedule excepting thereout the subsoil contained between the plane of the floor of the old Caversham Tunnel with a similar plane 20 feet in vertical height above the plane at a uniform width of 25 feet as shown in certificate of title No. A2/1186, subject to rights of batter created by transfer No. 163467 and declares the land sixthly described in the said Schedule together with and subject to rights of batter created by transfer No. 163691 and subject to right of batter created by transfer No. 163467 is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Hospitals Act 1957 and shall vest in The Otago Hospital Board on the 27th day of June 1985.
