PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

Council of the 27th day of June 1985.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister

having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Her Majesty the Queen by Patrick Taipari
and Mary Taipari under and by virtue of agreement for sale and
purchase H.452661 is hereby acquired subject to the mining
easement created by transfer 247454, South Auckland Land Registry,
for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of
the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall be vest in the Crown on the
27th day of June 1985.
