Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Eketahuna County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be vested in Rosa Joy Clarke of Nireaha, widow and Neil James Clarke of Masterton, company director as executors subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 563788.4, Wellington Land District.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares that the remaining areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and shall be vested in Frank Barry Mason of Eketahuna, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 056507.2 and 388906.2 and statutory land charge No. 233868.1, Wellington Land District.
