The business of the partnership will be as follows:
(a) The purchase, lease, or by any other means acquire an interest in any freehold or leasehold property.
(b) To cultivate and develop any such horticultural or agricultural pursuits as the partners may from time to time decide.
(c) To lease, sell or dispose of any land or property at any time acquired or held by the partnership.
(d) To carry on in New Zealand or elsewhere such other business whether similar in nature or not as in the opinion of the partnership may conveniently or profitably be undertaken by the partnership. -
The principal place at which the business of the partnership will be conducted is from the registered office of the general partner.

The partnership shall be deemed formed as a special partnership upon registration of this certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and subject to the provisions in the deed of partnership relating to earlier dissolution shall terminate upon expiry of 7 years from the date of registration of this certificate but the partners have covenanted in the deed of participation to renew the partnership for a further term of 7 years.
