EXPLANATORY NOTE: This exemption notice provides for the exemption of:
(a) Dry glucose;
(b) Certain mixtures of odoriferous substances;
(c) Finished deerskin leather, other finished leather except bovine, equine, sheep and lamb, goat and kid, kangaroo, pigskin, chamois dressed and patent or imitation patent leathers; and various furskins;
(d) Parts and fittings of pens, and sheep marking crayons and school chalks under the Writing Instruments Industry Development Plan; and
(e) Other goods to meet our obligations under the ANZCERT Agreement.
Refusal of Application for Plant Selectors’ Rights (Notice No. 3506; P.V. 3/2)
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Plant Varieties has under section 15 (4) of the Act declared the applications specified in the Schedule to this notice to be null and void.
