having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business
as food merchants and distributors:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on 13 May 1985,
presented to the said Court by FARM FRESH (NEW ZEALAND)
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office
at Hamilton, manufacturers and distributors of food stuffs, and the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting in
Auckland on the 26th day of June 1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

above-named company by the High Court was, on the 28th day of
May 1985, presented to the said Court by UNION MERCHANTS
LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday the 3rd day of July
1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER
OF ASPAK EQUITIES LIMITED, a private company duly incorporated
in New Zealand and having its registered office at Auckland:

NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court of New
Zealand, dated the 15th day of April 1985, confirming the reduction
of the share capital of the above-named company from $40,000.00
to $10,000.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing with
respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 8th day of May 1985. The said minute is in
the words and figures following:

“The amount of share capital of Aspak Equities Limited as
altered by the order of the High Court confirming the
reduction of the share capital is $10,000.00 divided into
$400,000.00 shares of $0.025 each, and at the date of the
registration of this minute the amount of $0.025 is deemed
to be paid up on each share.”

above-named company subject to the supervision of the High Court,
was, on the 20th day of May 1985, presented to the said Court by
BRENT GRAHAM IMPEY; and that the said petition is directed to be
heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 3rd day of July
1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory

  1. The special partnership shall be conducted under the style
    FAIRTIME MARKETING LIMITED AND COMPANY.

  2. The special partners shall be:
    (a) The Rudyard Trust.
    (b) The McIntyre Trust.
    (c) The Copperfield Trust.
    (d) The Constitution Trust.

  1. The general partner shall be FAIRTIME MARKETING LIMITED,
    a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 48 Craig

  2. The capital contributed to the common stock of the partnership

  5. The partnership shall commence upon the registration at the
    High Court at Auckland hereof and shall terminate 7 years thereafter.
