Declaring Land Acquired for Waterworks, for Sewage Disposal Works, and for a Public Pound in the County of Taupo

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is acquired for waterworks, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is acquired for sewage disposal works, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is acquired for a public pound, and that the said pieces of land shall vest in The Taupo County Council on the 24th day of January 1985.

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block II, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of January 1985.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, further declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
