Road to be Stopped in Block VI, Otago Peninsula Survey District, City of Dunedin

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of road containing 3.0 hectares adjoining or passing through Section 37 and Lot 1, D.P. 18173 being part Sections 1, 2, and 6, Block VI, Otago Peninsula Survey District, as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 20424, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Declaring Land to be Road in Block III, Cromwell Survey District, Cromwell Borough

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Cromwell Borough Council.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of and Land Taken and Land Declared to be Crown Land in the County of Rangitikei

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 117;

(i) Declares the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 151, folio 298;

(ii) Declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 223, folio 245;

(iii) Declares the stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 223, folio 246.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall be dealt with as Crown land pursuant to subsection (3) (b).

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto taken under subsection (1) of the said section, to be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 223; folio 245.

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be taken under subsection (1) of the said section, and declares that the said land, which is deemed to be stopped Government road pursuant to subsection (4) (b) of the said section 119, shall be dealt with as Crown land pursuant to section 117 (3) (b).

(e) Pursuant to section 42, declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
