In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 January 1985, No. 1, page 18, for section No. 1, the Family Benefits (Home Ownership) Act 1963, read the Family Benefits (Home Ownership) Act 1964.

CORRIGENDUM
Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block III, Motatau Survey District, Bay of Islands County, to be Road

In the proclamation with the above heading dated the 16th day of November 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 November 1984, No. 223 at page 5363 for the reference to "The Bay of Island County Council" in lines 4 to 5 (inclusive) read "The Bay of Islands County Council", which words appear in the original proclamation executed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of December 1984

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Abel Tasman National Park.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY

11.2174 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 10919, situated in Block III, Totaranui Survey District. All certificate of title 6C/835 (cancelled).

Acting Judge of the High Court Appointed

Pursuant to section 11A of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint:

The Honourable Evan Murray Prichard
to be an acting Judge of the High Court for a period of 1 year, the commission to take effect on the 18th day of February 1985.

Approval of Persons Authorised to Perform Vaccination Against Tuberculosis

Pursuant to regulation 6 (4) of the Tuberculosis Regulations 1951, the Director-General of Health hereby gives notice that the following persons, additional to those contained in the Gazette, dated 22 November 1984, No. 218, page 5244, have been approved as qualified to perform vaccinations against tuberculosis in accordance with those regulations.

Peter Michael Lawrence Burne, medical practitioner.
Margaret Bella Healey, registered nurse.
William Johnston Morris, medical practitioner.
Shirene Lakshmi Rajaratnam, medical practitioner.
