NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 3rd day of
April 1985, presented to the said Court by the NEW ZEALAND
FRUITGROWERS FEDERATION LIMITED, and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the
19th day of June 1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor
or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose
the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

A BILL INTITUTED
AN ACT TO AMEND THE THOMAS CAWTHRON TRUST ACT 1924
THE Cawthron Institute Trust Board hereby gives notice that it
intends to apply for leave to bring the above-mentioned private Bill
to the House of Representatives in Parliament.
The object of the Bill is to increase the membership of the
Cawthron Institute Trust Board by 2 extra members to be appointed
by the Governor-General in Council and to provide that the
members appointed by the Governor-General in Council shall be
appointed in consultation with the Trust Board.
