Land Acquired for Road and Functioning Indirectly of a Road in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 30 and the land secondly described in the said Schedule is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road; and further declares that the land shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of June 1985.

Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block II, Hurakia Survey District, and Block XIV, Ranginui Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 30.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
