Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Vesting a Reserve in the Auckland Regional Authority

Including Land in a Maori Reservation

WHEREAS by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 1950, No. 38, page 753, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a marae and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Ngatikura Tribe and whereas it is now desired to extend the reservation to include the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; now therefore, pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, it is hereby declared that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby included in the aforesaid Maori reservation.
