Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes, subject as to the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, to the building line restriction contained in Order in Council 402743, Canterbury Land Registry and subject as to the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, to the stormwater easement (in gross) created by Transfer 571998, Canterbury Land Registry.
