This notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 5th day of December 1984, presented to the said Court by THE COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting on the 13th day of February 1985 at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

We the undersigned being the general and special partners of a special partnership hereby certify as follows:

(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to be conducted is Tokomaru East Forestry Company.

(b) The names and places of residence of the general partners and their contributions to the common stock are:

and the names and places of residence of the special partners and their contributions to the capital are:

(c) The amount of capital which each special partner contributes is set outside his respective name and address above and similarly the amount contributed by each general partner to the common stock is set outside his respective name and address above.

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted is the establishment maintenance and harvesting of plantations of trees on a property owned by Tokomaru East Forestry Company Limited at Tokomaru East near Wanganui and also sheep cattle and general farming on such property.

(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at Tokomaru East near Wanganui.

(f) The partnership shall commence on the 1st day of May 1978 and terminate on the 30th day of April 1985.
