Partnership business: To establish and carry on in New Zealand and elsewhere business as breeders and farmers of deer and other animals and to undertake and carry on all other activities or business ancillary or incidental thereto or of which may otherwise be conveniently or profitably undertaken or carried on by the partnership.

Principal place of business: The principal place from which the partnership business will be conducted is the registered office of the General Partner situated at 129 Udys Road, Pakuranga, Auckland.

Duration of the partnership: The partnership shall commence upon registration of this certificate in accordance with section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and shall terminate upon the sooner to occur of:
(i) The registration at the High Court at Auckland of a certificate of dissolution in terms of section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908; or
(ii) The expiration of the period of 7 years from the date of registration of this certificate, provided however that if the duration of the partnership shall have been extended for a further term by the written agreement of the general partner and all of the special partners then upon the expiration of such further term.
