Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named company which is being wound up, does hereby fix the 21st day of January 1985 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

ANZ BANKING GROUP (New Zealand) LTD., a banking corporation carrying on business at Wellington and elsewhere, hereby gives you notice that on the 18th day of December 1984 it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and Gary Rodney Lane, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 19th day of June 1984 given by Bik Galleries Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland in favour of ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 22nd day of June 1984.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking, property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future of Bik Galleries Ltd. as charged by the said debenture.

The situation of the offices of the receivers and managers is the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, CML Centre, Queen & Wyndham Streets, Auckland.
