Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the members of Practical Appliances Ltd. will be held at 17 Goodhope Road, Upper Hutt on Monday, 14 January 1985 commencing at 4 p.m.

“1. That the memorandum of association of the company dated the 20th day of May 1966 be amended as follows:

(a) By omitting clause 3 of the said memorandum of association;

2. That the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in subsection (1)(a)-(h) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955) except insofar as the exercise of those rights, powers and privileges may be restricted or prohibited.
