Certificate of title, Volume 322, folio 124 containing 911 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Palmerston North being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 7051 in the name of Stafford Frederick Loveday of Palmerston North, painter and decorator and Ivy Jean Loveday, his wife. Evidence of the loss of the title and mortgage documents described in the Schedule hereto has been tendered to me, together with an application No. 442504.2 to discharge the mortgage without production in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and for the issue of a provisional copy of the title in lieu of the title declared to be lost.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to so dispense with production of the mortgage and to issue a provisional copy of the title within 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

The outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 143923 affecting all the land in certificate of title 167/168 (Hawke’s Bay Registry) whereof William Lawrence Russell of Hastings, welding specialist is the mortgagor and Mutual Life and Citizens’ Company Ltd. at Wellington is the mortgagee. (“the mortgage”).
