Land Acquired for Limited Access Road in the County of Clifton

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for a limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of January 1985.

Declaring Land to be Road in Block IX, Hope Survey District, Waimea County and Declaring Road in Block IX, Hope Survey District, Waimea County to be Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and that it shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 124 (2) declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be Government Road.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 declares the Government Road described in the said Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(d) Pursuant to section 117 (2) and section 42 declares the stopped Government Road described in the said Second Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Waitiri Station Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. 270 recorded in certificate of title No. A2/1110 is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of January 1985.
