incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 4th day of
May 1984, presented to the said Court by BP OIL NEW ZEALAND
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office
at Wellington; and the said petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Wellington on the 27th day of June 1984, at 10
o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on
this petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

in New Zealand and having its registered office in Hastings and
carrying on business as a farming and investment company:
NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER AND MINUTE
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New
Zealand dated the 5th day of June 1984, confirming the reduction
of capital of the above-named company from $196,800 to $9,840
and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to
the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars
required by the above mentioned Act, was registered by the
Registrar of Companies on the 7th day of June 1984. The said
minute is in the words and figures following:
The capital of THE TOURIST MOTOR AND FARMING COMPANY
LIMITED is $9,840 divided into 196 800 fully paid ordinary
shares of 5c each having been reduced from $196,800 divided
into 196 800 ordinary shares of $1 each fully paid.
