UNDER SECTION 362

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PUKLOWSKI TRANSPORT LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 11th day of June 1984, passed resolutions for voluntary winding-up and for the appointment of the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy at Napier as Provisional Liquidator, and that meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Courthouse, Market Place, Wanganui on Friday, the 22nd day of June at 11 a.m.

Notice is further given that under the power conferred on him by section 362 (9) of the Companies Act 1955, the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy at Napier, has appointed Royce Alexander Blockley, chartered accountant, of Napier, as provisional liquidator of the company.
