Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for State Housing
Purposes for the Generation of Electricity (Housing) in Block VII,
Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
19th day of August 1983 and published in the Gazette of 25th August
1983, No. 134 at page 2756, setting apart land held for State housing
purposes for the generation of electricity (housing) in Block VII,
Ruakaka Survey District, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works
Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the
following Schedule.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 928 square metres, situated in
Block VII, Ruakaka Survey District, and being Lot 6, D.P. 95298.
All certificate of title No. 51C/23, North Auckland Land Registry.
