NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 7th day of December 1983, presented to the said Court by THE INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT OF NEW ZEALAND, whose address for service is at Wellington; and that on the 9th day of March 1984 an order was made by the Honourable Mr Justice Barker that the WEST COAST ELECTRIC POWER BOARD be substituted as petitioning creditor, and that on the 2nd day of May 1984 the Honourable Mr Justice Cook made a conditional order substituting WESTPAC BANKING CORPORATION, incorporated in New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia and carrying on the business of banking at 318–322 Lambton Quay, Wellington and elsewhere in New Zealand as petitioning creditor, which order was made unconditional on the 23rd day of May 1984, and that the said petition was directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 27th day of June 1984 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and that any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
