BNZ Finance Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice with reference to Power Machinery (1981) Ltd. (in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga, that on the 28th day of May 1984, it appointed Graeme Law Ingham of Tauranga, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Ernest & Whinney, Chartered Accountants, BNZ Building, corner Willow and Wharf Streets, Tauranga, as receiver of the property of the said Power Machinery (1981) Ltd. (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of September 1982.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital for the time being of the said Power Machinery (1981) Ltd. (in receivership).
