Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part
of the Okoha Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
recreation reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form
part of the Okoha Recreation Reserve to be administered as a
recreation reserve by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Roads in Block I, Rock and Pillar
Survey District and Town of Hamilton, Maniototo County
Council

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy
Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown
by the Maniototo County Council pursuant to the said section 323
and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

nature reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Cromwell Chafer Beetle Nature Reserve.
