NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 30th day of April 1984, presented to the said Court by R. P. GRAY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 40 Filicul Street, Dunedin; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 20th day of June 1984 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Petone taken on the 5th day of May 1984 on the proposal of the above named local authority to raise a loan of $1,200,000: to be known as the Petone Town Centre Loan 1983 for the purpose of constructing municipal and community facilities and reimbursing the council’s general account for any expenditure necessarily incurred before consent is obtained to raise the loan moneys, resulted as follows:
