PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped;
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the said portion of road, when so stopped, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of May 1984.
