Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

MARY JANE NICHOLSON of Auckland, married woman, hereby give notice with reference to DARBY ENTERPRISE LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, that on the 9th day of May 1984, she appointed Charles S. Wilkie of Auckland, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Graham, Green & Partners, Chartered Accountants, 10 Davis Crescent, Newmarket, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of the said Darby Enterprises Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of April 1982. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the undertaking, goodwill of all business and all the property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital), both present and future of the said Darby Enterprises Ltd.
