The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette of 21 March 1984, No. 43, page 829, relating to the duration of the 1984 season for the taking of game in the Central North Island Wildlife Conservancy is amended as follows:

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

Authorising the Northland Harbour Board to Reclaim Part of the Bed of the Hokianga Harbour at Rawene

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Northland Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 159 square metres, more or less, of Hokianga Harbour bed at Rawene, as shown on plan M.D. 16199 (S.O. 57237), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
