Hospital Specified as a Hospital at which Controlled Drugs may be Prescribed, Administered or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Controlled Drugs

NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has specified Kenepuru Hospital, Raiha Street, Porirua as a hospital at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered or supplied for the purpose of treating persons dependent on controlled drugs.

2. The Senior Technical Divisions in Schools Notice 1978* and the Tauranga Boys College Senior Technical Division Notice 1979† are hereby revoked.

Notice of Receipt of Application for the Amendment and Renewal of an International Air Service Licence

PURSUANT to sections 14 and 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Pan American World Airways of New York, United States of America, has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to operate 2 additional air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between San Francisco, Los Angeles, Auckland, and Melbourne, and return. In addition, Pan American World Airways has applied to renew its International Air Service Licence for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between San Francisco, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Auckland, Sydney, and Melbourne, for a further 2-year period from 1 April 1984. Further details of these proposals may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
