Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of
the Kaiawai Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby
sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation
reserve and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the
said reserve to form part of the Kaiawai Recreation Reserve, subject
to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration that Part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Shall
Cease to Form Part of the Park

PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the reserve for Government
purposes (staff housing), described in the Schedule hereto, shall,
from the date of this notice, cease to form part of the Hauraki Gulf
Maritime Park and cease to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf
Maritime Park Board.
