PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road and further declares that the land described in the said Schedules shall vest in The Hastings City Council on the 26th day of January 1984.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XI, Woodland Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Clutha County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(a) The areas marked ‘J’, ‘K’, ‘L’, ‘M’, ‘N’, ‘O’, ‘P’, and ‘Q’ on S.O. Plan 20388, when stopped, shall be dealt with as Crown land, pursuant to Section 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981.
