NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 15th day of March 1984, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $25,000 to $5,000 and the minute as approved by the Court was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of February 1984, the form of the High Court Minute is as follows:
That the capital of Allied Arts Limited is $5,000 divided into 25,000 fully paid shares of twenty cents ($.20) each having been reduced from $25,000 divided into 25,000 ordinary shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid.

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER AND MINUTE
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PHILIP MORRIS (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 17th day of April 1984 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $2,200,000 to $100 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 30th day of April 1984.
The said Minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Philip Morris (New Zealand) Limited is one hundred dollars ($100) divided into fifty (50) fully paid shares of two dollars ($2) each numbered 1–49 inclusive and share number 1000, having been reduced from two million and two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) divided into one million and one hundred thousand (1 100 000) shares of two dollars ($2) each, fully paid.”
