PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Wellington City Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117(7) declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining land held for buildings of the general government by New Zealand Gazette 1969 at page 1166.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that such portion of road when stopped shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
