within 3 miles of the office of the High Court at Christchurch, and
must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 29th day of
February 1984, presented to the said court by CARPET MILL PRO-
DUCTS (S.I.) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at Christchurch; and the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Blenheim on the 16th of July
1984 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978,
notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale
Price for the sale held on the 17th day of April 1984 at Auckland
was 294.40 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum
wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified
percentage for supplementation will be 8.7 percent for all wool sold
at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including
the 17th day of April 1984, until midnight on the day before the
next auction sale to be held.

Price for the sale held on the 18th day of April 1984 at Invercargill
was 287.87 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum
wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified
percentage for supplementation will be 11.2 percent for all wool
sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and
including the 18th day of April 1984, until midnight on the day
before the next auction sale to be held.
