Member’s Voluntary Winding Up Notice Calling Final Meeting
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Munro & Benge, Druids Chambers, Woodward Street, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 30th day of May 1984 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of TINUI METAL COMPANY LTD.:
TAKE notice that a meeting of the creditors and contributories in the above matter will be held at 41 Perry Street, Masterton, on the 17th day of May 1984 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
Agenda:
(1) To receive the liquidator’s report for the conduct of the winding up to 31 March 1984.
(2) To receive the liquidator’s report for the conduct of the winding up which is now completed and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
(3) To consider any other matters that might properly be brought before the meeting.
(4) To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
“That the books and papers of the company be retained by the liquidator or his assignees for a period of 5 years from the date of this meeting”.
(5) To release the liquidator from his position.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days after the date of this notice or such later date as the section may require, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
